Tia & Tamera and Michael Strahan discuss having military parents who express a proactive and self-reliant mentality.

"My dad said, 'Never ask anyone to give you anything. If you have the opportunity, you make the most of it,' " explains Michael Strahan.

"What's also so great, it just seems like, our parents were so well-rounded, you know, it's like, they covered all different aspects and areas in life that would teach you to just live a successful in life and be successful in life and basically conquer anything, " responds Tia Mowry.
